Together we can transform the future of health and leave a positive impact on the world! **Collaborator Type** Operative **Position Objective** Execute work orders for the processes of receiving, storing, loading, and unloading materials and supplies in the warehouse and/or distribution area through the proper use and handling of the forklift, ensuring product integrity in an efficient, organized manner, and within applicable regulations. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Ensure that storage conditions are appropriate for each type of product, considering their characteristics (temperature, humidity, etc.) * Perform loading and unloading of materials and supplies onto transport vehicles, guaranteeing that products do not suffer damage during the process and that required conditions established by applicable regulations are maintained. * Ensure products are stored according to applicable standards, following storage guidelines, and verify they are properly identified according to their characteristics (part number, quantity, etc.), or in the case of suppliers, supplies must have their waybill or customs document (purchase order and quality certificate). * Conduct daily inspections of the forklift to ensure it is in optimal working condition and report any malfunctions or irregularities for repair or maintenance. * Comply with safety and quality regulations established in the pharmaceutical industry. * Assist in inventory management and control, ensuring products are correctly labeled and stored, as well as participating in periodic inventory counts to maintain accurate stock records. Experience * Warehouse processes (inventory control, storage, etc.) \- **6 Months** * Forklift operation (stand-up, sit-down, and electric pallet jack) \- **6 Months** Knowledge * Basic office software skills. * Regulations on Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP).
