Job stability **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for processing, color correction, design optimization, and output file verification of prepress graphic materials; ensuring compliance with printing process standards, maintaining stable print quality, and providing prepress technical support to the production department. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or higher; preference for specialization in Printing Engineering, Packaging Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related fields. * Strong color sensitivity and aesthetic ability; familiarity with printing color principles (CMYK, RGB color mode conversion logic). * Problem-solving ability; capable of handling certain production deadline pressure. * Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to collaborate smoothly with cross-departmental teams such as design and production. * Understanding of prepress output workflows, including CTP plate-making and digital proofing; ability to meet output file requirements for plate-making machines, plate processors, etc. * Proficiency in key tools: Adobe Photoshop (image restoration, color correction), Adobe Illustrator (vector graphic processing), Adobe Acrobat (PDF editing). * Familiarity with color management systems (ICC profile creation and application); ability to independently conduct color matching tests and prints. * Basic English reading ability; ability to understand prepress technical requirements from foreign clients. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Collaborative work environment * Professional development opportunity Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service Work Location: On-site employment
