Continuous training and professional growth **Customer Care Intern** **Location: Colón Industrial, 44940 Guadalajara, Jal.** **Requirements:** * Active student in the final semesters of a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Food Engineering. * Availability Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Knowledge/Skills:** · Customer service experience · Knowledge of SAP S4HANA · Advanced English **Responsibilities:** · Maintain up-to-date visibility of production progress, delays, and conclusions; validate received purchase orders (POs) · Timely follow-up on operational requests, sample shipments, project team support, document translation, and quality-related support · Manage inventory of contract manufacturing packaging (Chosen Foods) **We Offer:** * Competitive monthly stipend of $8,000 (paid biweekly). * Accident insurance. * Continuous training. * Professional growth.
