Job Summary: This role is for an active student to support process improvement, document procedures, and identify optimization opportunities. Key Highlights: 1. Support in mapping and documenting operational processes 2. Identification of improvement opportunities using Lean or 5S methodologies 3. Tracking site manual updates **Requirements:** * Active student in the final semesters of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Logistics Management. * Availability to work 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Assertive communication. * Technical writing. * Analytical thinking. * Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and/or Microsoft Office suite. **Responsibilities:** * Map floor-level processes through direct observation and interviews with operators. * Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and flowcharts. * Identify improvement opportunities using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or 5S. * Track the schedule for updating site manuals. **We Offer:** * Monthly stipend of $7,000 (paid biweekly) * Accident insurance. * Continuous training. * Professional growth.
