Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical-Focused and Detail-Oriented Laser Cutting Designer/Operator to prepare files, operate machinery, and ensure job execution. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with production, warehouse, and administrative departments **Technical-focused and detail-oriented Laser Cutting Designer/Operator responsible for preparing files, operating laser cutting machinery, and ensuring correct job execution in accordance with customer drawings and specifications.** ***Responsibilities*** * **Laser cutting file design and preparation** * **Interpretation of technical drawings** * **Operation of laser cutting machine (sheet and plate)** * **Nesting and material optimization** * **Basic adjustment of cutting parameters** * **Quality inspection of finished parts** * **Coordination with production, warehouse, and administrative departments** * **Workplace organization and cleanliness** ***Requirements*** * **Education: Technical degree or related field (industrial design, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or similar)** * **Minimum 1–2 years of laser cutting experience (mandatory)** * **Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CorelDRAW, or similar** * **Knowledge of nesting and material utilization** * **Basic knowledge of materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminum)** * **Ability to meet delivery deadlines** * **Responsible, organized, and committed to continuous improvement** ***We Offer*** * **Base salary of 10\-12 thousand pesos, depending on experience** * **Statutory benefits** * **Job stability** * **Training and career growth within the workshop** * **Positive work environment** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Employee referral program Work Location: On-site employment
