We are seeking talents who identify with our values and corporate culture. **GENERAL PROFILE DESCRIPTION** This role is oriented toward a professional responsible for coordinating and executing the company's foreign trade and customs management operations in Mexico, the United States, and Ecuador, ensuring regulatory compliance, proper documentation of international transactions, and traceability within the ERP Odoo system. The position has a technical and operational focus, guaranteeing that imports, exports, and international logistics processes are managed accurately, in accordance with internal policies and the customs legislation of each country. We are looking for an organized individual with strong attention to detail, solid knowledge of customs regulations, and experience in multinational environments. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with international suppliers, customs brokers, and internal teams, maintaining a high level of compliance and operational efficiency. **PROFESSIONAL PROFILE** * University degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, or Customs. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in companies with international operations. * Knowledge of customs regulations, tariff classification, explanatory notes, document management, and international logistics. * Prior experience with financial or logistics ERP systems (preferably Odoo). * Knowledge of customs management in Mexico, the United States, and Ecuador. * Availability to travel and valid US visa. * Software knowledge: Proficiency in ODOO, Microsoft Office tools, Artificial Intelligence. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordination and tracking of FORZA Laser's import and export operations in Mexico, the United States, and Ecuador. * Ensure proper customs documentation management and compliance with international regulations. * Record and maintain traceability of documents and transactions in the ERP Odoo system. * Maintain effective communication with national and international suppliers, providing assistance with their requirements. * Monitor timelines and logistics costs associated with international operations. * Ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal control standards regarding foreign trade. **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIES** * Technical expertise in import, export, and customs procedures. * Organizational and planning skills in dynamic environments. * Detail-oriented and precise in documentation. * Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines. * Proactive in optimizing processes and anticipating risks. * Clear and professional communication with multicultural teams. * Strong sense of responsibility, ethics, and confidentiality. **ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS** * **On-site** work mode (Guadalajara, Mexico). * Schedule availability: **Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00\.** * Minimum English level B2 (reading, writing, and oral comprehension).
