Job Summary: Coordinate and manage import and export operations from start to finish, supervising documentation and controlling logistics costs. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinates with customs brokers and freight forwarders **IMPORT/EXPORT ANALYST / COORDINATOR** REQUIREMENTS **Required Skills and Knowledge**: Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade or Bachelor’s Degree in International Business * Knowledge of foreign trade and customs legal framework (Customs Law, General Customs Regulations). * Familiarity with non-tariff regulations and restrictions (NOMs, permits, notices). * Experience in tariff classification and risk analysis. * Knowledge of IMMEX programs and IVA/IEPS certifications (preferred). * Proficiency in INCOTERMS and coordination of international logistics (maritime, air, and land). * Interaction and management with customs brokers and freight forwarders. * Logistics cost analysis and supplier evaluation. * ERP system experience (preferred Annex 24\). * Intermediate\-advanced Excel (pivot tables, data analysis). **\* CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH \- MANDATORY** RESPONSIBILITIES · Coordinate import operations from start to finish. · Supervise customs entries and validate foreign trade documentation. · Review and safeguard supporting documentation. · Monitor return deadlines for temporary imports. · Manage IMMEX programs and customs inventory control. · Maintain communication with customs brokers and internal departments. · Track incidents and monitor transit times. Control logistics costs, prepare reports, and support audits.
