




Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized Merchandiser to coordinate production, customer communication, and order management, with experience in the automotive sector and expertise in logistics and systems. ERP and EDI system skills. **Job Description** "MERCHANDISER" **Requirements:** \-Gender: No preference \-Field of study: Engineering, Commerce, International Relations, etc. **\-Languages:** \-English\-Advanced intermediate level REQUIRED (verifiable) **\-Experience:** Minimum 1 year, preferably in the automotive sector. **\-Responsibilities:** 1\. Communicate with relevant departments, coordinate production exceptions, and promptly communicate with customers. 2\. Analyze production orders and respond to customers' delivery schedules based on production capacity and material status. 3\. Communicate with production department supervisors regarding customer delivery schedules, track and coordinate delivery plans. 4\. Timely communicate delivery and production exception information to the customer side. 5\. Organize and archive orders and related information, including collection and feedback. 6\. Track orders, labels, ASNs, and abnormal feedback in the customer's EDI system, and develop relevant operating procedures. 7\. Material statistics, analysis, and tracking upon project completion. 8\. Track delivery notes, customs declarations, ocean and air waybills, company retention coupons, and other relevant transportation documents. 9\. Prepare shipping notices and packing lists, and notify the warehouse to execute shipments according to plan. 10\. Monthly statistics on freight overages, application and tracking of freight and shipping payments. 11\. Collect statistics on freight overages, analyze root causes, and report to respective responsible departments. 12\. Track confirmation of delivery-related information for projects. 13\. Act as backup for the order taker and project order supervisor. 14\. Initial assessment of logistics performance. 15\. Daily maintenance of the 6S responsibility area. 16\.
