Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our order picking team, supporting the receipt, verification, and shipment of goods while maintaining order in the area. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant (Order Picking). **Requirements:** * High school diploma. * Experience is not mandatory. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and review orders using the Hand Held device. * Pick goods for each order. * Verify that picked items are in good condition. * Transport correctly labeled goods to the shipping area for dispatch. * Report any incidents occurring during the picking process. * Assist in the merchandise return process. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Support other warehouse areas. **We Offer:** * **Fixed monthly salary of $12,672\.93.** * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacation, vacation premium, PTU). * Social Security Plan (Grocery vouchers, punctuality and attendance bonus, savings fund). * Savings account. * Life insurance. * Free uniforms. * Direct employment with the company. * Employee of the Month bonus. * Psychological support program. * Monthly half-day award for perfect punctuality.
