Maintain the appearance of fountains, planters, or other landscape features through cleaning, replacement, or repair. Plant new flowers, bulbs, grass, trees, and shrubs. Maintain flower beds, baskets, and boxes through watering, weeding, pruning, and other maintenance tasks. Replace and transplant trees, flowers, and shrubs. Maintain trees and shrubs through pruning. Edge lawns in areas inaccessible to lawn mowers. Mow and edge lawns, rake leaves, and perform other lawn maintenance tasks. Install, maintain, and operate irrigation systems. Remove and bag trash from all exterior trash receptacles. Operate dump trucks, tractors, trucks, or utility vehicles to transport equipment, supplies, materials, and waste. Wash, clean, and refuel all equipment after use. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure both uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain confidentiality of company-owned information; protect company assets. Support all fellow coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team in achieving common goals. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds (22.5 kg) or equivalent without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout the entire work shift. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machinery (e.g., to identify defects). Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of various sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination. Reach above head level and below knee level, including bending, twisting the waist, dragging, and stooping. Navigate inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs. Climb up and down ladders. Continuously use manual dexterity and motor skills, frequently using both hands and fine motor functions. Perform snow removal and ice maintenance (if applicable). Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate. Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience. Supervisory Experience: Supervisory experience is not required.
