Opportunity for professional development in a corporate environment **JOIN OUR TEAM!** **Job Objective** Provide technical support to SAP Business One customers, ensuring continuity of operational processes by efficiently addressing and resolving ERP-related incidents, as well as proactively managing requirements. Main Responsibilities * Respond to, log, and track support tickets (Level 1 and 2\). * Diagnose and resolve incidents, escalating complex cases when necessary. * Administer users, licensing, databases, and servers. * Maintain clear communication with customers and coordinate with the platform team. * Keep the ticketing system up to date and report support metrics. Required Profile **Academic Background:** * Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * Familiarity with SAP Business One and operating systems (Windows Server / Linux) is desirable. **Experience:** * Experience in IT support or help desk roles. * User support experience in corporate environments. **Competencies:** * Effective communication and teamwork. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Proactivity and continuous learning. * Results-oriented mindset and attention to detail. * Discretion and handling of confidential information.
