




**Requirements:** \* Human Resources experience: 1 year preferred. \* Bachelor’s degree preferred; incomplete bachelor’s degree or completed high school diploma acceptable. \* Age between 20 and 35 years. \* Sociable, dynamic, articulate, flexible regarding working hours. \* Knowledge of first aid. \* Intermediate Excel skills, mathematical aptitude. \* File management: physical and digital. \* Familiarity with STPS / IMSS regulations and standards. **Responsibilities:** \* Recruitment, follow-up, and employee terminations/resignations (settlements). \* Preparation of pre-payroll (attendance records: attendance, absences, vacations, disabilities, leave requests). \* Staff training. \* Documentation and evidence for the quality management system. \* Administration of personal protective equipment (PPE) for staff. **We offer:** Legal benefits.
