Secure handling of sensitive data on devices A technology recycling company is seeking an **ELECTRONIC TESTING ASSISTANT** **Required Profile:** * Education: Completed high school; technical degree in software or IT (preferred) * Age: 18\-35 years old * Required experience: Minimum 1 year operating technological equipment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; basic knowledge of software and hardware. * Competencies: Teamwork, effective communication, problem solving, customer service orientation. * **\*NOT FOR STUDENTS\*** **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Preparing incoming assets for functional testing, including but not limited to: hard drives, memory modules, monitors, personal computers, and peripheral devices 2\. Cleaning as needed for presentation; destroying defective hard drives; or evaluating and repairing products with adequate resale value. 3\. Handling or processing materials per provided work instructions, and managing data handling for devices containing sensitive information. 4\. Scanning materials and recording specific information in a spreadsheet 5\.
