**Job Requirements** · Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience as an accounting team supervisor. · Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting. · Proficiency in the CONTPAQ accounting system (experience in accounting for both legal entities and individuals). · Experience handling accounting operations for 10 to 12 legal entities. **Job Responsibilities** · Supervise accountants and accounting assistants (ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks; provide support to staff as needed; perform accounting for assigned companies). · Review bank reconciliations. · Calculate and review monthly and annual federal, state, and municipal taxes. · Review submission of monthly and annual tax returns (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT). · Review payroll invoicing and stamping processes. **Compensation and Additional Benefits** \- Monthly salary of $18,000\. \- Bonuses based on KPI achievement. \- Permanent employment contract. \- Full-time schedule (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). \- Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. \- Convenient access to the Providencia area (Country Club neighborhood), Guadalajara.
