**We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join a leading company in air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems!** **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Ensure accurate accounting management and compliance with tax and labor regulations. This includes determining taxes (VAT, ISR, DIOT), reconciling balances, reviewing and auditing CFDI 4.0 on the SAT portal, and managing systems such as IMSS, SUA, and SIROC. Your work will be key to maintaining the organization's financial integrity and tax efficiency. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting (certified, intern, or recent graduate). * **Additional training:** Desired experience with Contpaqi Accounting, taxes (VAT/ISR), and 4.0 invoicing. * **Experience:** 1 to 2 years in operational accounting (accounting records, closings, handling CFDI, taxes). * **Technical skills:** * Contpaqi Accounting (advanced). * Excel (intermediate). * SAT portal, SUA, and accounting reconciliations. * Validation of CFDI 4.0. * Handling SIROC (desirable). * Determination of VAT, ISR, DIOT, and local taxes. * Recording accounting entries and document control. * IMSS/SUA procedures and management via IMSS Virtual Desktop. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Cleaning up accounting accounts and taxes (VAT, ISR, IMSS). * Recovery and audit of CFDI 4.0 on the SAT portal. * Preparation of work papers for VAT, DIOT, and ISR. * Management of registrations, cancellations, and modifications in IMSS/SUA. * Preparation of ledgers, reports, and accounting reconciliations. * Requesting and controlling accounting documentation from other departments. * Updating and monitoring information in SIROC (desirable). **BENEFITS** * **Monthly net salary:** $20,000.00 * **Statutory benefits** * **Professional growth** within the accounting and tax department * **Location:** El Colli area, Guadalajara, Jalisco * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Join a growing company that supports your professional development!** If you meet the profile, send your CV via WhatsApp to **5.6.6.7.4.8.4.6.7.9** or apply through this channel.
