We seek a fully operational candidate with floor leadership and a focus on order, control, and compliance. **Location** * El Salto, Jalisco – ZIP Code 45692, area near Guadalajara Airport **Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Responsibilities** * Supervise incoming and outgoing merchandise. * Coordinate and execute truck loading and unloading. * Handle sacks weighing up to 25 kg. * Ensure warehouse order, cleanliness, and proper layout. * **Operate, perform basic inspection, and control trucks ranging from 3½ to 8 tons.** * Receive materials and verify physical inventories. * Deliver materials to customers and manage outgoing documentation. * Prepare and send daily inventory reports and documentation via Outlook. **Mandatory Requirements** * High school diploma. * Prior experience as a warehouse supervisor or warehouse manager. * Proficiency in operating hydraulic pallet jacks. * Experience in operating and performing basic inspections of 3½- and 8-ton trucks. * Basic computer and Outlook email skills. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits. * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Grocery vouchers. * Life insurance coverage of $1,000,000\. * Medical expense coverage (annual). * Job stability. * Professional and structured work environment.
