Together, we can transform the future of health and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employee Type** Operative **Position Objective** Carry out activities that ensure proper management, control, and organization of the warehouse, guaranteeing appropriate storage, preservation, inventory, and distribution of products and materials. Execute transportation orders assigned by the Planning department, meeting the Quantity, Material, and Time specifications set by the SAP system. Ensure the good condition of storage areas and mobile equipment under their responsibility. Perform physical inventory counts at the National Distribution Center and Regional Distribution Centers. **Responsibilities and Activities** 1\. Verify the correct receiving process of products, supplies, and/or materials, ensuring they meet established requirements. 2\. Record incoming and outgoing items to maintain strict inventory control. 3\. Confirm that products are stored safely, complying with applicable regulations. 4\. Keep warehouse areas clean and organized according to established guidelines. 5\. Report any incidents such as losses, damages, or inventory errors. Experience Warehouse processes (inventory control, storage, etc.) - 1 Year Shipping processes (receiving and dispatching goods) - 1 Year Personnel administration - 1 Year Knowledge * Basic Office software proficiency. * ERP system, SAP. * Forklift operation. * Electric pallet jack operation.
