Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement and New Product Development Assistant to manage procurement, suppliers, inventory, and the full lifecycle of new products within a fast-moving consumer goods company. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, or related field * Experience: 2 years of experience in procurement or related areas * English proficiency: 90% written, 50% spoken * Knowledge of: Marketing, Procurement, Supplier Development, Product Sourcing WE OFFER: * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:30 PM * $24,000 MXN per month, pre-tax After 3 months: * Uniforms * Discount on our products * Major Medical Expense Insurance * One dental cleaning per year MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Procurement of raw materials, supplies, and finished goods * Supplier and contractor management * Inventory and stock level management * Warehouse visits as required * Quality department risk management and regulatory compliance * New product development: sourcing, quotation, and follow-up Work Location: Altamira Neighborhood, Zapopan (near Plaza Patria) Position Type: Full-time Salary: $24,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Application Question(s): * What is your current level of English proficiency? * Do you have experience in new product development?
