**Job Description:** **Inteliteam**, a Mexican agency specialized in building high-performance teams, is seeking an **Advanced English-speaking Logistics Analyst** to join the Customs and Logistics department. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring import, export, and transfer shipments, optimizing routes and transit times, and tracking logistics processes according to company standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and monitor the movement of imports, exports, and transfers. * Keep traffic reports updated, providing timely information to internal and external clients. * Conduct transportation unit inspections according to C\-TPAT and OEA requirements. * Optimize routes and delivery times with transportation units. * Maintain effective communication with internal departments, suppliers, and carriers. * Review documentation prior to handing over documents to drivers. * Prepare waybills, Bills of Lading, and Shipper’s Letters of Instruction. * Provide customs department with relevant information regarding imports, exports, and transfers. * Monitor customs inspections in Mexico and the U.S., reporting the status of each shipment. * Maintain electronic records of carriers, drivers, and cargo crossings. * Manage empty containers, storage, and seal custody. * Follow up on operational team incidents and daily container and carrier reports. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics Engineering, International Logistics, or related field. * Minimum professional experience in logistics or transportation. * Knowledge of Incoterms, land and maritime transport, and Asian operations. * Experience preparing waybills and Bills of Lading. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. * Valid driver's license. * Advanced English (minimum 60% or upper-intermediate level).
