**Job Description** We are looking for a **Returns Analyst (Controller)** who is committed, proactive, and eager to learn, to become part of our team and actively contribute to administrative processes and internal control. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Administration, or related fields **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year in logistics or courier services (desirable) * Recent graduates are also welcome **Knowledge and technical skills** * Intermediate/advanced Excel (pivot tables, filters, databases) * Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office * Quick learner **Personal skills** * Teamwork * Responsibility and punctuality * Good communication and friendly demeanor **Main responsibilities** * Generate reports based on service times for different clients * Manage customer accounts for their pickups, as well as tracking pickups and deliveries (in put and out put) * Process payment requests * Maintain operator database and supervise operators * Ability to plan routes (route planning, optimize fuel efficiency) * Verify operator travel expense reports * Upload evidence promptly and maintain client communication * Use and knowledge of GOOGLE DRIVE * Use of Outlook Type of position: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 \- $12,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
