Required Profile: * Experience: 3 years in related industries. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. * Gender: No preference. Competencies: * Initiative * Analytical thinking * Negotiation and communication * Effective communication * Honesty and work ethics Knowledge: * Intermediate unit cost knowledge * Proficiency in Neodata or similar software * Office suite * AutoCAD Job Responsibilities: * Analysis and preparation of budgets * Quotation and negotiation of material and supply prices * Creation of purchase orders and scheduling of payments to contractors * Creation and management of cost catalog based on experience * Creation and management of supplier catalog for budget requests * Coordination with subcontractors and suppliers * Analysis of concepts, unit prices, indirect costs, and profits * Coordination with site team for billing of additional items * Weekly employee payroll processing * Requesting office supplies and PPE for the work team * Ensuring compliance with administrative procedures according to internal guidelines We Offer: * Statutory benefits * 15 days of vacation from the first year * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturday, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site
