





**Position Objective:** Validate that the company's accounts payable comply with established policies and procedures for payment. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting. * 2 years of experience in a similar position or as an accounting assistant. * Knowledge of accounting and internal control. * Familiarity with compliance of Policies and Procedures. * Proficiency in Office 365, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat. * Experience with ERP administrative systems, preferably SAP. **Main Responsibilities:** * Review and entry of accounts payable into the administrative system (ERP). * Scheduling payments to suppliers. * Maintain up-to-date filing, asset control, and accounts payable reconciliations. * Conduct accounts payable reconciliation at least once a month. * Monthly submission of closing reports. * Perform any other activities assigned by immediate supervisor. **Values and Competencies:** * High sense of responsibility. * Teamwork. * Tolerance, empathy, and respect. * Proactivity. * Professional ethics and honesty. * Problem-solving skills. * Stress management. * Communication skills. * Organization and planning. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: $15,000.00 net. * Statutory benefits. * Good working environment. * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Work location: In front of Plaza Pabellón.
