




#### **About this position** Ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding safety, health, and environment, promoting a culture of prevention, effective emergency response, and continuous improvement in operational processes. This role is key to ensuring safe, healthy, and sustainable working conditions for all employees. #### **What you will do** * Design, implement, and maintain emergency plans, including internal response teams, drills, and evacuation protocols. * Coordinate and actively participate in drills and real emergency responses. * Train personnel in safety procedures and incident response. * Lead investigations of incidents and workplace accidents using recognized methodologies (e.g., fault tree analysis, 5 whys, Ishikawa). * Prepare detailed reports with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action plans. * Monitor the implementation of actions to prevent recurrence. * Ensure compliance with Mexican local regulations (Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social \- STPS). * Apply international standards such as OSHA, NFPA, ISO 45001, among others. * Keep legal and technical SHE-related documentation up to date. * Support the implementation of environmental management programs (waste, emissions, energy consumption). * Participate in internal and external audits related to environment and safety. * Prepare periodic SHE performance indicator reports. * Use tools such as Microsoft Office for analysis, presentations, and KPI tracking. #### **What makes you a good candidate** * University degree in Chemical, Industrial, Environmental Engineering or related field. * 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles within industry (preferably manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods). * Knowledge of Mexican local regulations (STPS). * International standards: OSHA, NFPA, ISO 45001\. * Root cause analysis methodologies. * Emergency planning and drill management. * Intermediate English (ability to read manuals, methodologies, technical documentation). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Desirable experience with SHE management platforms. * Analytical thinking. * Assertive communication. * Proactivity and focus on prevention. * Collaborative work. * Change management. #### **Some advantages of joining Henkel** * Flexible working arrangements with flexible hours, hybrid work model, and work-from-anywhere policy for up to 30 days per year. * Diverse career growth opportunities at national and international levels. * Global well-being standards, with health and preventive care programs. * Gender-neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeks. * Employee stock purchase plan with voluntary investment and matching contributions from Henkel. * Flexible benefits. * Meal vouchers. * Savings fund. * Early departure on Fridays.
