Production Control Analyst

Description

Position Summary: Responsible for ensuring daily and weekly production plan compliance, coordinating across multiple departments, and maximizing output. Key Highlights: 1. Production and rework order tracking and control 2. Ensures compliance with the production plan 3. Interdepartmental coordination for productive efficiency Position Objective Responsible for tracking and controlling the timely and accurate execution of production and rework orders, ensuring proper warehouse picking and kitting according to the schedule established by Planning Control. Ensures daily and weekly production plan compliance, promptly notifying any deviations impacting customer commitments. Key Responsibilities Monitoring the production plan and making daily adjustments based on actual results. Monitoring rework against finished goods. Coordination with Fulfillment, Materials, Manufacturing, Engineering, Equipment, Testing, Kitting, and Warehouse departments. Maximizing daily and weekly production output in line with installed capacity. Maintenance and updating of Work Orders. Monitoring and controlling WO serial aging in SFC. Monthly measurement of installed capacity versus utilization on SMT and Backend lines. Continuous updating and improvement of Planning Control processes. Periodic generation and backup of key reports. Timely escalation of risks affecting plan compliance. Work performed with a strong sense of urgency and customer orientation. Compliance with Quality, EHS, Asset Security, NOM-035, Ethics, Social Responsibility, and Information Security systems. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years in planning, production control, or related areas.
