Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced English proficiency (bilingual required). 2. Knowledge Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Preparation of executive reports and presentations. Calendar management and meeting coordination. Organization of executive travel and events. Knowledge of Lean methodologies (Lean Manufacturing / Lean Office). Handling of confidential information. Professional writing in both Spanish and English. 3. Experience Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. Direct interaction with executives or senior management. Interdepartmental coordination. 4. Skills Excellent professional appearance. Outstanding oral and written communication.
