Location: San Isidro Mazatepec **Job Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Environmental) or Architecture. A specialization or diploma in Industrial Safety is desirable. * **Experience:** 1–2 verifiable years in construction projects (civil works, building construction, or industrial facilities). * Knowledge of current safety regulations. * First aid and emergency brigade training. * Fire prevention and suppression. * **Competencies:** Strong character, on-site conflict resolution capability, meticulous documentation practices, and professional ethics. **Job Responsibilities:** * **Preventive Culture:** Deliver daily safety talks (5 minutes) and provide targeted training programs to operational staff. * **Incident Investigation:** Document and analyze near-misses and actual incidents to implement immediate corrective actions. * **PPE Control:** Manage inventory, distribution, and proper use of personal protective equipment. * **Knowledge of Heavy Machinery.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance Work Location: On-site employment
