A Mexican real estate company is seeking your talent as: General maintenance More than 2 years of experience performing general maintenance on real estate properties Knowledge in: Electrical systems Plumbing Painting and patching Masonry, especially drywall Responsibilities: Main responsibilities * Respond to and follow up on daily maintenance reports for the property. * Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance tasks in: * Painting (touch-ups, general application, patching). * Plumbing and piping (leak repairs, line maintenance, fixture replacements). * Carpentry (door adjustments, furniture repair, assembly). * Basic electrical work (replacing outlets, light fixtures, general inspections). * Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and propose improvements. * Manage, track, and report on materials used. * Ensure proper use of tools and materials.
