At **GRUPO CINASI/ UNEBI**, we seek a committed, responsible individual with a proactive attitude to join our maintenance team. **What We Are Looking For:** * Education: High school diploma * Experience: 2 years in general maintenance. **Knowledge in:** * Air conditioning * Plumbing and masonry * Painting and welding * Pumps * Compressors * Electricity * Basic computer skills (Office) **What Will You Do in This Role?** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning equipment. * Carry out plumbing work (potable water, sewage, piping). * Conduct masonry tasks (walls, floors, and finishes). * Apply paint and perform general touch-ups on facilities. * Assist with basic electrical maintenance and other assigned tasks. **Employment Terms** * Gross monthly salary: $14,000 * Food vouchers: $1,100 * Birthday leave * Statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $15,100.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Work location: On-site employment
