**HSE Supervisor – Combined Cycle Projects** **Overview:** EOSOL is seeking an experienced **HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Supervisor** for **Combined Cycle power generation projects**, to ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental standards on site. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with solid knowledge of national and international regulations, capable of leading safety teams, promoting a preventive culture, and ensuring the achievement of project HSE objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with HSE procedures, policies, and regulations during construction and commissioning phases. * Implement safety, health, and environmental plans and programs in accordance with corporate guidelines and client requirements. * Conduct field inspections, audits, and risk assessments. * Coordinate and verify the application of work permits, job safety analyses (JSA), and preventive measures. * Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and corrective actions. * Develop and deliver safety training for employees and contractors. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports. * Maintain constant communication with the construction team and the client regarding safety and environmental matters. * Ensure compliance with current legislation on safety, health, and the environment. **Requirements:** * Degree in **Industrial, Environmental, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering**, or related field. * **Minimum of 5 years’ experience** in HSE roles within **Combined Cycle, energy, oil and gas, or large industrial projects.** * Solid knowledge of **STPS, SEMARNAT, OSHA, NFPA, and ISO 45001 / 14001** regulations. * Experience in contractor management and HSE audits. * Proficiency with office software and reporting platforms. * Technical English (desirable). * Availability to work on-site and rotate according to project phases. **Desirable:** * HSE certifications (OSHA, NEBOSH, STPS, DC\-3/DC\-5, or equivalent). * Experience with integrated HSE management systems. * Training in first aid, emergency response, or industrial rescue.
