As part of its expansion process, it is currently seeking talent to join its team. **Location:** Guadalajara. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Gender:** Indistinct **Requirements** **Age:** 20 to 45 years old **Education:** Technician, Technologist, or Engineer **Experience:** * 1 to 3 years in field installation and maintenance of electronic equipment **Technical Knowledge:** * Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical manuals * Basic diagnosis of electronic failures * Basic network connectivity * Proficiency in using hand tools and multimeters **Key Skills:** * Autonomy, responsibility, and punctuality * Problem-solving focus and customer orientation * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities **Responsibilities:** * Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance in the field * Diagnosis of technical failures * Recording of technical and photographic evidence in the assigned system * Completion of service orders (SO) * Direct on-site customer service with technical expertise and service-oriented attitude * Basic operational training for end users on correct equipment usage * Coordination with internal departments for failure resolution * Handling and safeguarding of assigned tools, spare parts, and resources * Reporting of incidents, technical suggestions, and service feedback **We Offer** * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Transportation assistance * Opportunity to work **overtime** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Grocery vouchers Application Questions: * Do you own a vehicle? * Have you previously provided field service? * Are you available for travel?
