Our core pillar rests on the "People First" philosophy, delivering holistic and unique experiences that integrate each team member's personal life stage and professional career phase. *Join Our Team!* **Experience in:** * Personnel supervision / management * Food production systems, preferably in the dairy sector * Key performance indicator (KPI) management **Technical knowledge:** * Operational personnel administration and management within production systems * Thermal processes and aseptic systems * Knowledge of HACCP / Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) * Knowledge of dairy or food industry processes * FSSC 22000, Integrated ISOS * Root cause analysis **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate shift alignment meetings with extended teams (Maintenance, Quality, Raw Materials, and Finished Product) to ensure integrated operational effectiveness. * Organize operational personnel to meet shift production requirements, ensuring adherence to the production schedule—from raw milk receipt, milk standardization, flavored milk preparation, to ultra-pasteurization. * Promote adherence to safety, cleaning, GMP, and food safety standards and procedures among supervised personnel to guarantee product quality standards. * Collaborate with the industrial maintenance team to execute preventive maintenance, ensuring equipment operates correctly and promptly reporting failures via SAP notifications. * Fulfill human resources responsibilities for supervised personnel: incident tracking, ensuring attendance at continuous work shifts and scheduled trainings, performance evaluations for temporary staff contract renewals, encouraging participation in social development events, etc. **Competencies:** * Organization and execution, * Customer orientation, * Decision-making **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Business Administration, or related field **Our Value Proposition:** *Competitive salary plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements.* *Growth opportunities.* Department Supply Chain Position Process Coordinator Locations Lagos de Moreno Plant Employment Type Full-time
