




Position Summary: The Project Architect is responsible for preparing architectural drawings, renders, and technical documentation for the construction and renovation of franchise locations, ensuring compliance with design specifications, regulations, and brand standards. Ensuring compliance with regulations and brand standards. **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** The Project Architect is responsible for preparing architectural drawings, renders, and necessary technical documentation for the construction and renovation of franchise locations. Their work ensures that each project complies with design guidelines, applicable regulations, and brand standards. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design and prepare architectural and structural drawings for new locations and renovations. * Create 3D models and renders for project visualization. * Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure proper project execution. * Ensure compliance with construction regulations and local ordinances. * Validate and select appropriate materials for each project. * Verify that projects comply with plaza and franchise manuals. * Update and maintain technical documentation and construction files. * Collaborate with the design team to implement the franchise’s visual identity in locations. * Conduct on-site surveys to collect accurate information. * Propose design improvements that optimize cost, functionality, and aesthetics of locations. * Perform all necessary modifications until project approval is obtained. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field. * Advanced proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering software (Lumion, V\-Ray, etc.). * Knowledge of construction regulations and interior design standards. * Ability to interpret and produce technical and structural drawings. * Capacity to work collaboratively and coordinate across departments. * Willingness to conduct site visits.
