We are passionate about ensuring operational continuity for our customers, and to achieve this, we are seeking a talented and dedicated **UPS Engineer** who wishes to contribute their expertise to our growing team. **What You’ll Do in This Role (Responsibilities):** * **Installation and Commissioning:** Install, configure, and commission UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems strictly adhering to manufacturer specifications and the highest quality standards. * **Strategic Maintenance:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance routines to ensure optimal equipment performance, minimizing customer downtime. * **Specialized Diagnostics:** Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues in electrical systems, consistently ensuring an excellent customer experience and satisfaction. * **Management and Reporting:** Prepare and maintain up-to-date service reports, maintenance logs, and repair records. * **Continuous Improvement and Safety:** Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize operational procedures, always ensuring strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. **What We’re Looking For (Requirements):** * **Academic Qualification:** Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Electronics, Electrical, Electromechanical, or related field. * **Experience:** Proven track record (minimum X years) working as a UPS Engineer or Specialist. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in preventive/corrective maintenance of UPS equipment and advanced ability to interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams. * **Key Skills:** Strong analytical capability for resolving technical problems and excellent customer service attitude. * **Competencies:** Self-management, strong verbal communication skills, and willingness to work collaboratively in a team. **What We Offer:** * A challenging, collaborative, and rewarding work environment. * Genuine opportunities for training and professional growth. * A competitive compensation package (salary and benefits).
