The Commercial Executive must plan and execute persuasive strategies to onboard top accounts in the market while closely collaborating with mid- to senior-level management. Therefore, we seek individuals with deep market knowledge and outstanding sales skills. Role Responsibilities: * Prospect clients by gaining deep insight into their needs to diagnose requirements and build customized value-driven solutions for each client. * Expand market presence by identifying and closely collaborating with decision-makers at our commercial partners. * Establish business relationships with partner clients, building and nurturing long-term, win-win partnerships. * Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data accuracy. * Conduct precise, personalized follow-up with each client. * Meet and exceed our partners’ expectations and commitments by delivering excellence in service. * Prioritize opportunities within your territory; develop action plans and ensure implementation to achieve established goals. * Visit clients to identify their needs and follow up on partnership opportunities to meet performance metrics and sales targets. Role Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of commercial experience. * Commercial mindset: organized, proactive, competitive, and autonomous; capable of working with clear deadlines and goal-oriented. * Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade others to accept service/solution concepts that may differ from their perspectives. * Ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment with challenging goals and strong time-management skills. * Interpersonal skills: ability to maintain constructive, assertive, collaborative, and cooperative working relationships with internal and external clients and cross-functional organizations. * Strong sales, negotiation, and persistence skills to achieve objectives. * Client prospecting ability, acquiring deep understanding of client needs to diagnose requirements. * Basic English proficiency.
