We are a market-leading company with over 20 years of experience, specializing in repair, manufacturing, heat treatment, distribution, and specialized packaging—including wooden pallets (CHEP or TARIMA AZUL)—committed to quality, efficiency, and customer service. **Job Objective:** \-Manage and administer recruitment and selection processes for administrative staff, as well as coordinate the onboarding process for new hires. **Main Responsibilities:** * Posting job vacancies across various recruitment platforms and channels * Screening resumes, conducting initial telephone and in-person interviews * Administering and interpreting psychometric assessments * Coordinating interviews with department heads * Creating and managing digital and physical personnel files * Handling and utilizing institutional platforms such as IMSS, SAT, CFE, among others, for enrollment-related procedures and validations * Tracking the full hiring and personnel onboarding process * Continuously updating databases and generating recruitment-related reports * Supporting onboarding and welcome activities for new personnel **Requirements:** \-Prior experience in: * Operational and administrative recruitment * Competency-based interviews * Field recruitment * Availability to work onsite **Salary:** $10,000 MXN monthly base \+ $3,000 MXN bonus (measured by KPIs) **Working Hours:** * Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM **We Offer:** * Statutory vacation days * IMSS coverage from day one * Fixed weekly rest on Sundays * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) * Savings fund (Caja de ahorro) * Weekly salary payment via debit card (provided by us) * Vacation premium (Prima vacacional) * All statutory benefits * 100% social security contributions (COTIZACION AL 100%) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 \- $13,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Savings fund (Caja de ahorro) Work Location: Onsite employment
