**Job Objective:** Ensure the correct implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), guaranteeing compliance with IATF 16949 requirements, as well as other applicable standards and requirements. The position focuses on process compliance, audits, document control, and regulatory compliance, both internally and with suppliers, customers, and external organizations. **Roles and Responsibilities:** Manage, maintain, and ensure the validity of the QMS in accordance with automotive standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001\). Coordinate and execute internal audits of systems, processes, products, and suppliers. Ensure the effective and timely closure of non\-conformities detected in internal and external audits. Manage system documentation: quality manual, procedures, instructions, policies, and forms. Ensure document traceability and proper version control. Monitor and improve key system processes using performance indicators. Coordinate with functional areas to ensure compliance with policies, quality objectives, and regulatory requirements. Lead management reviews and system risk analysis. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and regulatory compliance throughout the organization. Attend certification audits and customer audits. Actively participate in continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives. Integrate and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams. **Authority:** Audit processes and areas of the system. Stop non\-compliant document processes. Require root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys) and demand effective action plans. Authority over document management and control of the system. Influence in all operational and administrative areas to promote continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and a culture of quality. **Job Objectives:** Percentage of completion of internal, customer, and supplier audit plans.
