NOCTURNAL QUALITY INSPECTOR \*No gender preference \*Age 22 or older \*Experience in the field \*Chemical engineering, food science, or related field. \*Flexible availability Monday through Sunday (Weekly schedule: work 4 days, rest 3; work 3 days, rest 4; or work 2 days, rest 2 — fixed night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM) \*Basic computer skills Responsibilities: \*Inspect and evaluate purchased raw materials, in-process products, and finished products. \*Verify machine identification and ensure materials match production order requirements. \*Manage raw material and in-process product sampling, as well as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). \*Distribute documents and forms related to the Quality and Food Safety Management System. \*Support the ongoing operation of the Quality and Food Safety Management System.
