You will be responsible for the administration of **Salesforce (SFDC)**, the optimization of network systems (LAN/WAN), and the integration of **AI\-driven automation** to solve business problems using Lean Manufacturing methodologies (Kaizen \& CIMA). **Key Responsibilities** * **Salesforce Administration:** Lead the SFDC system, managing new versions, cloud/virtual environments, and QCP implementation. * **Network \& Telecom:** Plan, design, and implement LAN/WAN projects and telecommunication voice/wire systems. * **Process Automation \& IA:** Act as a Business Systems Analyst to identify manual bottlenecks and implement automated/AI solutions to improve efficiency. * **System Deployment:** Full deployment of eManuals, MFA Feedback systems, and continuous improvement of operating systems and databases. * **Lean Manufacturing:** Apply Kaizen and CIMA methodologies to IT projects to ensure quality and cost\-effectiveness. * **Customer Support:** Direct interface with customers for IT requests and technical requirements. **Required Qualifications \& Skills** * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * **SFDC Expertise:** Proven experience in Salesforce administration and cloud systems. * **Networking:** Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN architecture and telecommunications. * **Programming:** Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Apex, Java, or Python) for debugging and implementing application programs. * **Methodologies:** Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen/CIMA) and project management. * **AI Interest/Experience:** Ability to integrate AI tools for data analysis or process automation is a high priority for this role.
