Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage comprehensive personnel administration activities, payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and occupational safety and hygiene. Participation in safety, health, and environmental matters An iron and steel casting manufacturing company located in the Álamo Industrial Park is seeking: **"Human Resources Generalist"** **Responsibilities:** * Draft employment contracts and confidentiality agreements. * Manage employee registrations and cancellations with the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS). * Conduct salary reviews for personnel. * Generate employee timecards using the ZKTime Net application and manage the Bio Time Cloud 2.0 platform. * Review attendance records, leave requests, disciplinary actions, vacation days, and medical leaves. * Calculate payroll, year-end bonuses (aguinaldos), vacation pay, profit-sharing (PTU), gratuities, severance payments (finiquitos), and retirement benefits. * Calculate IMSS, INFONAVIT, retirement, FONACOT, ISN, and income tax (ISR) withholdings. * Prepare ICSOE and SISUB reports to comply with REPSE requirements. * Monitor compliance opinions issued by IMSS and INFONAVIT. * Handle company-related matters with the labor union and unionized personnel. * Provide information via the Human Resources dashboard. * Manage corporate documentation required by any governmental institution. * Review regulations and requirements set forth by STPS, SEMARNAT, SEMADET, Civil Protection, and Municipal Government. * Attend inspections, visits, and audits conducted by STPS, SEMARNAT, SEMADET, Civil Protection, or other institutions. * Register the company in the Occupational Safety and Health Self-Management Program (PASST). * Conduct facility walkthroughs and inspections for the Occupational Safety and Health Self-Management Program (PASST) and generate findings reports. * Register the company in the VELAVO program. * Review manifests for hazardous waste and foundry sand disposal. * Manage risks and opportunities related to Human Resources, Accounting, Occupational Safety and Hygiene, and Environmental Management processes. * Organize the visual health campaign. * Participate in Quality Committee meetings. * Implement the Contingency Plan. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Human Resources / Psychology * Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment, psychometric testing, personnel management, personnel file preparation, and payroll processing. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience using SUA and CONTPAQ systems. * Minimum 1 year of experience using IDSE, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, IMSS mailbox (BUZON IMSS), IMSS PATRONES, ICSOE, SISUB, REPSE, SINATEC, SIPARE, UEPCBJ SIMULACRO, SSPC SIMULACRO, VENTANA SEMADET, VELAVO, SIRCE, STPS Electronic Services (Self-Management), and TOKA platforms. **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits * Competitive salary based on experience ($12,000 to $19,000) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM * Work location: Álamo Industrial Contact us to schedule your appointment
