Manage resources to keep equipment in normal operating conditions according to corresponding quality, manufacturing, productivity, and safety standards. Manage initiatives to achieve operational excellence by improving resource utilization, customer service, process reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance within a work environment aligned with company values. **1\.** **Main job responsibilities:** * Responsible for conducting periodic walkthroughs to verify that: * All maintenance activities include necessary actions to prevent physical, chemical, or microbiological contamination in areas, equipment, and products. * All operations are performed according to authorized instructions and procedures. * Data integrity is maintained in maintenance logs and records. * Facilities comply with corporate and local requirements for good manufacturing practices and industrial safety. * All areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with good manufacturing practices. * Service providers act in alignment with Corporate Policies and Directives, * Standard Operating Procedures, and Safety and Hygiene requirements. * Defined performance metrics are reported at the established frequency, providing timely feedback to * personnel under supervision to identify root causes and implement containment, corrective, and preventive actions. * Manage assigned resources to fulfill maintenance plans, ensuring operational reliability, considering: * improved resource utilization, customer service, process reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance in * a work environment consistent with company values. 2\. **Education level:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field. 3\. **Experience:** Maintenance of utility services such as boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, water purification systems 4\. **Knowledge:** * Pharmaceutical or food technology (brands, processes). * Maintenance management systems (indicators, planning, process control) * Continuous improvement tools. Maintenance system and ERP * Lean Manufacturing and TPM tools * Plant facilities (HVAC, ACLA, PW, WFI) and production lines * SAP * National and international pharmaceutical regulations 5\. **Certifications:** * Green or Black Belt (desirable). 6\. **Language:** * Advanced English.
