




**Transportation Company requests Continuous Improvement Engineer due to growth.** **POSITION MISSION:** Support the organization's operational strategy through Lean Management methodology, ensuring deployment of strategic projects within the company and acting as a facilitator for these initiatives. **Activities to perform:** * Achieve organizational objectives. · Actively collaborate with company management to translate annual budget objectives into the plant management system and its deployment (Hoshin Kanri). · Ensure achievement of results through the use of the OPS system and its best practices. · Lead by example, respecting and ensuring compliance with OMN's safety, quality, and environmental standards. · Monitor the impact of ongoing continuous improvement projects on financial performance.
