**At Dulces de la Rosa, we are looking for your talent to join us as:** The Compliance Officer PLD will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) matters. Their main function will be **to supervise, coordinate, and maintain control over operations classified as vulnerable activities**, guaranteeing the proper integration of files, timely submission of reports, and compliance with competent authorities. **Main Responsibilities** * Keep updated the compliance manuals and internal policies regarding AML/CFT. * Compile and annually update customer identification files for each vulnerable activity. * Prepare and submit notices and reports through the SPPLD portal of the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit. * Serve as the operational liaison between Accounting, Audit, and Legal departments for the collection of documentation and compliance evidence. * Coordinate communication and follow-up with the group's external legal consultancy. * Manage and maintain the automated anti-money laundering prevention system. * Issue periodic reports and updates for Management. **Professional Profile Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Law. * Experience: Minimum 3 years in regulatory compliance, corporate law, or internal control areas. * Knowledge of LFPIORPI and its Regulations. * Guidelines and provisions of the FIU and SAT. * Desired: AML Certification issued by the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU). **Employment Offer** * **Monthly Salary:** $25,000 MXN gross. * **Benefits:** Statutory (IMSS, vacation, Christmas bonus, vacation premium). * **Additional Benefits** (savings fund, bonuses, cafeteria) * **Growth Opportunities** * **Excellent work environment** Send your CV to the email reclutamiento2.ch@delarosa.com.mx or apply through this channel.
