Coordination of labor and contractual processes **Commercial Administrative Coordinator and Talent Management** Job Objective Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager, ensuring proper commercial, contractual, and administrative follow-up for developers assigned to projects, as well as appropriate management of onboarding, offboarding, and termination of employment relationships, guaranteeing legal compliance, document organization, and operational efficiency. Experience * 3–7 years in similar roles. * Personnel administration. * Coordination of labor processes. * Administrative support in service or technology companies. * IT or consulting company experience preferred. Education * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Law, or related field. * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law preferred. * Experience handling fee-based contracts and mixed engagement models preferred. Key Responsibilities * Administrative support to the Sales Manager * Contract, annex, and renewal tracking. * Administrative pipeline control (hiring, onboarding, offboarding). * Coordination of document signing (contracts, NDAs, agreements). * Support in preparing commercial proposals and supporting documentation. * Billing control linked to assigned resources. Operational Talent Management (Not Strategic Recruitment) * Coordination of developer onboarding (documentation, contracts, NDAs). * Management of voluntary and involuntary terminations. * Preparation and control of settlement letters, resignation letters, and no-debt certificates. * Coordination with Accounting for settlement calculations. * Tracking equipment return and access revocation. * Vacation control and contractual status monitoring. Control and Compliance * Ensure legal compliance in labor documentation. * Digital file management. * Contract and engagement model (fee-based, assimilated, payroll) validity tracking. * Organized management of audit evidence. Salary: $12,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
