**Position Summary:** Will be responsible for providing customer service at the time of vehicle reception and/or result delivery. Must follow the guidelines of the Responsible Verification Program issued by the Secretariat of Environment and Territorial Development—currently in effect—as well as adhere to the standards set by DEKRA Organization. **Responsibilities:** · Capture general vehicle information from vehicles arriving at the center and request circulation card. · Subsequently indicate the assigned inspection line number and grant access for the user to deliver the vehicle to verification technicians. · Delivery of documentation related to the inspection. **Requirements:** · High school diploma or technical high school degree. If minimum education is not met, must demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in similar positions. · Commitment to customer service · Experience in motor vehicle inspection (preferable) · Proficient computer skills, good personal appearance, and excellent public interaction. **We Offer:** Gross monthly salary **$12,400.00** **(biweekly payment, every other Friday)** 12 vacation days per year 15 days of Christmas bonus (aguinaldo) 25% vacation premium 3 floating holidays per year 5 sick days per year Grocery vouchers worth $500 monthly Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
