The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative task management skills and high accuracy in data entry and handling. Responsibilities: * Enter and record data in various systems (Office, Excel, internal ERP) * Organize and maintain physical and digital files * Support general administrative tasks * Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth administrative processes * Verify the accuracy of recorded information Requirements: * Completed high school education or equivalent * Prior experience in administrative or data entry roles * Proficiency in office software (word processor, spreadsheets) * Typing accuracy * Ability to follow instructions and work with attention to detail * Organizational and time management skills * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM; Saturday, 8 AM to 1 PM** Location: CONALUM MATRIZ Hda. de La Calerilla 100, Santa María Tequepexpan, 45601 San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jal.
