Clear communication regarding products and commercial terms DESCRIPTION *Leading company in the marketing of flexible packaging* * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8 AM \-5 PM *(hybrid mode)* * Base salary of **$14,000 gross per month** * Statutory benefits **Work Location:** El Tule Industrial neighborhood, Zapopan **(5 minutes from San Juan de Ocotán)** **Requirements:** * Experience in similar positions or digital sales * Sales follow-up and lead management * Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (direct messages, comments, professional inbox, Meta Business Suite). * Excel and Google Sheets **Main Responsibilities:** * Respond to direct messages, comments, and inquiries on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. * Provide clear information about products, pricing, volumes, delivery times, and commercial terms. * Register leads in the database or CRM and classify them. * Conduct follow-ups and present weekly progress reports. * Promote campaigns or incentives as needed. * Route orders to the appropriate department for confirmation. * Create automated responses and sales scripts. * Monitor public comments.
