We are looking for an organized, proactive, and service-oriented individual with experience in customer follow-up, operational coordination, and handling commercial and administrative requests. We offer \* Salary of MXN 14,000 \* Statutory benefits \* Job stability \* Professional development \* Excellent work environment Working hours \* Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. \* Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Requirements \* Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field \* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or customer support \* Excellent communication and follow-up skills \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite \* Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure \* Results-oriented mindset and attention to detail \* Negotiation and problem-solving skills \* Prior experience in logistics or international transportation is preferred Key responsibilities \* Customer service and follow-up \* Responding to and routing internal and external requests \* Monitoring operational and administrative processes related to customers \* Coordinating with internal departments to address and resolve incidents \* Tracking emails, requests, and reports \* Supporting commercial and administrative activities \* Timely follow-up on customer needs and assigned accounts \* Preparing and monitoring reports Ideal profile We seek a responsible, dynamic individual with an outstanding service attitude, capable of maintaining consistent follow-up with customers and internal processes, thereby strengthening communication and service within operations.
