Job Summary: We are seeking a Yard Operator to maneuver and transport units and containers within facilities and to customers, ensuring efficiency and performing basic inspections. Key Responsibilities: 1. Safely and efficiently operate units and containers. 2. Perform local transfers from yard to yard. 3. Support operational activities related to the yard. **IMPORTANT: COMPANY DEDICATED TO PROVIDING THE BEST TRANSPORTATION AND LOGISTICS SOLUTIONS FOR 70 YEARS.** **WE ARE SEEKING:** **YARD OPERATOR \- GUADALAJARA \- LOCAL MOVEMENTS** **Profile:** * Education: Completed elementary or junior high school. * Experience: 1 year and 6 months as a Yard Operator or similar role (verifiable). * Valid Federal Driver’s License, Type "B". * Valid Medical Fitness Certificate. * Availability for flexible working hours. **Responsibilities:** * Safely and efficiently maneuver units and containers within company and customer yards. * Perform local transfers from yard to yard. * Carry out unit movements. * Conduct basic inspections of units before and after use. * Support yard-related operational activities as required. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: $15,940\.00 gross. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, 25% vacation bonus, 15-day Christmas bonus). * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (life insurance, major medical expense insurance, 6% savings fund, savings account). * Profit-sharing. * Uniforms and safety equipment at no cost. * Training. * Payment per movement. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; days off on Saturday and Sunday.
