JOB OBJECTIVE: Perform receiving, storage, cyclical inventory, radiofrequency operations, and material picking activities within the parameters established in procedures, maintaining order and cleanliness at all times, under Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP). RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure supplies are delivered to requestors, keeping warehouse areas and equipment clean and in good condition to guarantee product quality and integrity. * Receive supplies, spare parts, or tools into the warehouse, verifying compliance with established requirements for quantity, quality, identity, and integrity. * Separate and apply labels indicating different statuses for correct identification of supplies. * Enter received supplies into the system. * Perform supply storage activities ensuring correct identification. KNOWLEDGE: * Inventory handling and control, and material picking * Basic Office software package (Word, Excel, and email) * Pharmaceutical Regulations (NOM-059), Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP), and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) EDUCATION: High school diploma/certificate Availability to work rotating shifts.
