Gordian Staffing, is looking for a **Training Developer** who will play a key role in shaping how our remote teams learn, grow, and succeed. **About the Role** As a Training Developer, you will design and deliver innovative training solutions that empower our Remote Team Members. From onboarding experiences to client\-specific upskilling programs, your work will directly impact performance, engagement, and business success. This role blends **creativity, structure, and strategy;** ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into meaningful learning journeys. **What You’ll Do** * Design and develop training programs across multiple formats (e\-learning, instructor\-led, self\-paced, and more) * Conduct training needs assessments for new hires and client\-specific programs * Create engaging, interactive content aligned with business goals * Manage training projects end\-to\-end, ensuring quality and timely delivery * Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to build relevant materials * Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning solutions * Support training delivery for new hires when needed * Maintain accurate training records and progress in the LMS **What We’re Looking For** * Strong collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Analytical mindset with experience evaluating training effectiveness * Creative approach to content design and learner engagement * Problem\-solving skills with attention to detail * Ability to transform complex information into clear, impactful learning **Qualifications** * 2\+ years of experience in instructional design, training development, or similar roles * Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, or related field (preferred) * Experience in BPO environments is a plus * Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is highly preferred * Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $21,000\.00 \- $24,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
